About The Initiative

The Vocational Training initiative focuses on skill-building as a pathway to personal growth and economic independence. Volunteers collaborate with local youth from pesantren and remote villages to deliver interactive sessions on topics like videography, digital tools, branding, and creative entrepreneurship. By offering real-world skills in a supportive setting, the program fosters confidence, improves job readiness, and helps participants create sustainable futures beyond formal education systems.
