SOCIAL IMPACT ENTERPRISE

BALE NARA LOMBOK

Bale Nara Lombok is a youth-led social impact enterprise committed to driving sustainable, community-centered transformation across Lombok. Founded in 2024 by four young changemakers, Bale Nara Lombok was built on shared values of inclusivity, collaboration, and long-term impact, prioritizing purpose over profit. We empower individuals through immersive programs in Social Impact Volunteering, with a focus on four pillars: Vocational Training, Environmental Action, Kids Language Education, and Ecotourism Development. Each initiative is rooted in community needs and designed to foster meaningful change through grassroots engagement, skill-sharing, and cultural exchange.

As our mission evolves, we’ve welcomed young professionals to lead strategic efforts aligned with key Sustainable Development Goals—Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender Equality (SDG 5), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17). Our vision is to create ripple effects that uplift local livelihoods and protect cultural and environmental heritage for generations to come. While lasting transformation takes time, we believe that every bold journey begins with a single step, and we’re walking it together, hand in hand with the communities we serve.

SOCIAL IMPACT ENTERPRISE

VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Our vocational training program equips youth from pesantren and underserved areas with skills to thrive in today’s world. Volunteers lead sessions in digital literacy, videography, and personal branding, helping learners gain confidence and practical experience. These trainings offer tools that support long-term growth, career access, and greater self-reliance, building inclusive pathways toward opportunity and community resilience.

ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION

This initiative engages youth and local communities in protecting natural ecosystems through hands-on action. Volunteers join activities like mangrove restoration, bird monitoring, waste audits, and marine education. Working with schools and grassroots eco-groups, the program fosters environmental awareness and regenerative habits, building a foundation for long-term conservation, climate resilience, and sustainable living.

KIDS LANGUAGE EDUCATION

This program empowers volunteers to uplift rural education through creative, hands-on, inclusive teaching. You'll engage children in language, reading, and storytelling, many of whom have limited exposure to global perspectives. These joyful sessions inspire curiosity, build confidence, and foster meaningful cultural exchange, leaving a positive imprint on learners and volunteers while strengthening community bonds and shared understanding for lasting impact.

ECOTOURISM DEVELOPMENT

This program enables rural villages to design tourism that’s community rooted and environmentally responsible. Volunteers help create eco trails, develop bilingual content, and train local youth as guides. It’s a rewarding way to promote regenerative travel, preserve cultural identity and traditions, and support village economies through inclusive, sustainable experiences that genuinely empower, deeply connect, and truly endure over time.
